Getting Dressed (Or Trying)

This morning:

Me: Mommy's wearing a black shirt.  Do you want to wear a white shirt today?

Benjamin: Yeah.

I begin to put shirt on him

Benjamin: No, no, no.

Me: Look, Teddy wants you to wear your shirt! He doesn't like it when you're naked. Teddy is a good friend, huh.

Benjamin: Yeah.

Me: Yeah, (slipping shirt on him) Teddy wasn't going to say anything, but he wants you to put on a shirt.
